Happy thanksgiving! I don’t know much about the origins of this American holiday, but I thoroughly enjoy the excise to spend quality time with my family - both #american and #indian and I love gorging on the delicious food! Most importantly, I appreciate the opportunity to give thanks for all our #blessings 🧿❤️

Last week, @kriyabydiya guided me through a wonderful holistic #yoga session. We stretched, relaxed and worked on my aching muscles in her beautiful new #studio in Vasant Vihar, Delhi. Diya was my #prenatalyoga teacher and has been my go-to teacher for #yogaclasses ever since. Here are some glimpses of my recent #familyvacation to #goa ! We stayed at Frangipani Villa - which is a large rental villa that provides food and housekeeping in #siolim #northgoa . The holiday was a relaxed one with most of our time spent on the #beach and eating delicious #fresh food!

Last Saturday, I had the privilege of being part of a truly unique experience - a private seated #dinner accompanied by live kathak performances and surrounded by beautiful #art. @ashwinipaibahadur of @artspeaksindia had curated a fantastic show ‘Enduring Legacy’ of tribal and folk art showcasing the Navrasa or Nine Emotions highlighted in ancient texts.

Happy #gurpurab ! #gurunanakdevji simple teachings have had such tremendous impact on so many of us over the years. His universally applicable message of #equality #respect and pursuit of the #truth above all else, resonates even 553 years later.
